Once processed, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
Express International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
Customs processing times may cause delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and order weight.
Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount (check current promotions).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once the order has shipped.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
ALSA LUXURY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for assistance.
